1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350. Melt butter in a glass 9x13x2 microwavable baking dish for 30 seconds or until melted, sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter, spoon pineapple over brown sugar evenly.

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour over pineapple evenly. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
