vegetable oil,
salt, pepper,

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water for about 45 minutes, add salt 1tsp. - after the chicken is fully cooked, shred the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
place 1/2 cup oil in pan, you will be placing the tortillas into hot oil, making the tortillas a bit hard and golden, then in another pan you should have the green sauce all hot and in low heat, so you can place the fried tortilla into sauce and then you will place 4 tortillas in the bottom of a square dish that can be placed in the oven. After you have the tortillas, spread some of the chicken all in top, some cheese and then do the same process again three times on the last one place all the green sauce that you have left and then place cheese. set the dish in the oven for 20 minutes. Cut like you would lasagna to serve.
