Boneless Chicken Breasts (4)
Jar of Pace or Tostidos Chunky Salsa (quality makes a difference) I use Mild.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken breast in large casserole dish. Cover each chicken breast with salsa. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 350 for 40 mins. Cover each chicken breast with the shredded cheese put back in oven til cheese melts.
I prepare Rice a Roni - Spanish Rice with this to complete the meal.
