1/4 cup melted butter
1 8-oz. can corn, drained
1 8-oz. can creamed corn
1 8-oz. package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 chopped green onion
1 8-oz. carton plain fat free yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar
Chopped bacon, if so desired

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Stir and pour into 8 inch baking dish or pie pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
