1/2 bag rice
1 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
1 green onion
Garlic
Butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Make rice per direction, but use chicken broth as cooking liquid- not water, and add 1 pinch salt, some chopped garlic, and 1 whole green onion. Butter a large casserole dish; put in one layer of rice, then one layer of cheese. Place in oven for 5 min. to melt cheese. Remove from oven, then add another layer of rice, and then cheese. Continue to layer until ingredients are gone, but make sure rice is final top layer. Dot with butter. Place back in oven for 20 minutes or until top is crispy and browned.
