1 egg
2 T margarine, melted
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. oats
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg well' add sugar margarine and vanilla and beat again. add oats, coconut and pecans. Drop on well greased cookie sheet, 1 teaspoonful at a time. Bake at 325. Remove from cookie sheet while hot. If cookies stick to the pan, put back in oven for a few additional minutes.
