2 lb. lean ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can taco sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 can chopped chili peppers (mild to medium)
1 pkg. tortillas
1 lb. shredded colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; add chopped onion and cook until onion is clear. Add soups, sauces and peppers and simmer 10 minutes, covered. Fry tortillas in small amount of grease, just to limp stage; drain well. line the bottom of a Pyrex pan with half of tortillas. Add half of meat sauce and then cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients; heat to bubbling stage in oven at 350
