Ingredients:  
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour (either self-rising or all purpose)
1/2 cup pecans (or as many as you want)
Mix these 3 ingredients in a bowl.

In separate bowl mix 2/3 cup butter (room temp)
and 2 eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients into the butter/egg mixture.
Spoon into muffin pan. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Delicious!
