5 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach, thawed
parm. cheese
salt and pepper
cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain well. Saute mushroom stems and onions. Hand squeeze thawed spinach to drain. Mix all together, then add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and just enough cream to moisten, Not Runny! Stuff mushroom caps. Sprinkle more parmesan on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
