1 qt. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. pickling salt
1/4 tsp. dill seed (on top of okra in jar)
1 garlic button
1 hot pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vinegar, water, and salt in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pack okra into clean jars; put dill seed, garlic, and pepper in jar with okra. Pour boiling solution over okra to within 3/4" of the top of jar. Seal at once. Takes approximately 2-3 weeks to make.
