10-12 lb. fully cooked, bone in ham.
1 c. bourbon
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cloves


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place ham, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan. Bake uncovered 2 hours. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine bourbon, sugar, orange zest, and cloves; mix well. Let stand, stirring frequently to dissolve sugar, at least 1 hr. With sharp knife, remove skin from ham. Score fat into 1" diamonds (about 1" deep). Brush with half of bourbon mixture. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham. Bake, basting frequently with remaining mixture, 1 hr. or until thermometer registers at 130. Serve hot or cold.
