2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 T white Karo
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and cook over double boiler, beat on high speed until stiff enough to cut with knife.

Don't over/under beat the icing. It's called "7-minute" for a reason.
