1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 1/2 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand Milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 chilled crumb pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice and zest, gradually stir into E. Brand Milk. Stir until well blended, mixture will thicken. Pour into chilled crust and refrigerate until ready to serve.
