1 large bag flake coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
3 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

1 1/2 cakes of paraffin wax
2-12oz bag semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coconut, butter, powdered sugar, pecans, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt together. Refrigerate until firm. Form into balls and return to refrigerate until firm. In top of double boiler melt 1 1/2 cakes of paraffin wax (keep heat on low or turn off). Add 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and melt. Dip coconut balls into chocolate mixture with tooth picks and cool on wax paper.
