1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbl lime juice
1 carton frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed (8 oz)
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (8")

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients (if desired, add 5 drops green food coloring), pour into pie shell. Refrigerate before serving.
