1 c mayonnaise
1 lb marshmallows (minis)
1 jar pimento cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 pt whipping cream (whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; put in square pan and let set overnight. Cut and serve on tope of a lettuce leaf.
