2 dz. mushrooms,2Tbls butter, 6 slices bacon fried crip then cut into small picies, 3 TBS. finaly chopped onions, 2 c. fresh bread cubes, 1/2 c. butter. salt& pepper 1/2 teas.ea.

Directions:
Clean mushrooms and chop stems into tiny chunks add to mixture. heat 3TBL. butter in frypan saute mushrooms only the bottam side 2-3 min. place in shallow baking dish. Heat rest of butter and bacon,mushroom steams onion, bell pepper.heat about 5 min. take off heat stir in bread crums and seasons plus Tbls milk to help hold mixture togeather. spoon into mushroom caps. Bake about 15 min at 350..
