5 lbs russet potatoes
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 stick butter
Milk
2 T minced garlic
1 c Parmesan Cheese
salt & pepper to taste
2 quarts Chicken Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & boil potatoes in 2 quarts of chicken stock. Drain add all remaining ingredients and enough milk to make mixture moist and soft.
