3 lbs potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 / 2 c butter
2 (3oz) pkg cream cheese
1 / 2 c cheddar cheese (grated)
1 (2oz) jar pimentos, drained & mashed
1 / 2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Milk
1 medium green pepper (chopped)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together with electric mixer in large bowl the potatoes, butter, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and enough milk to make it moist and soft. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole dish and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
