large head of lettuce-shredded
large red or Spanish onion
diced celery
shredded carrots
frozen green peas
2 cups Helman mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
4 oz grated cheddar
8 slices fried and crumpled bacon

Layer the lettuce,onion.celery,carrots, and frozen peas.
Blend together the mayo and sugar.
Layer that on top of the others.
Layer the grated cheddar and top with bacon bits.
Serve cold.
