1/4 lb thawed, drained, frozen crab meat
1/2 c cucumber (diced)
1/2 c celery (diced)
2 T red onion (diced)
2 T mayo
1 T each of dill & lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
Dash pepper
8 Lettuce Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce, mixing until combined. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve line each of 2 chilled salad plates with 4 lettuce leaves, top each portion of lettuce with half crab meat mixture.
