3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 12/ c. oil
Cream together.
Add:
3 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
3 t. vanilla
3 t. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
1 c. crushed pineapple juice included
2 c. grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Add carrots and nuts last by hand. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
