2 lbs tenderized cube steak.
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
1 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons house seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 inch of oil in a frying pan until flour sizzles when dropped in. Sprinkle meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together flour and house seasoning. Dip seasoned meat in buttermilk then flour mixture. Fry steaks for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

I put the meat in a 250 degree oven while preparing the meal...it keeps it warm and crunchy (if you don't cover it)
