2 cups beef stock or dripping from roast pan (combination of 2 is good)
1 tablespoon of corn starch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat stock and whisk in corn starch. Add salt and pepper to taste. If too think, add corn starch 1 teaspoon at a time mixed with water. If too thick, add water.
