1 2-lb bag small yukon gold potatoes
1/2 - 1 stick of butter (depending on how buttery you want them to be)
1/2 - 1 cup of Land O Lake Fat Free Half and Half
salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean potatoes but do not peel. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return potatoes to pot. Add butter and allow to melt. Using a hand mixer, mash potatoes. Add half and half a little at a time until they reach the desired consistency. Salt and Pepper to taste.
