2 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cups cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Label and store in a tightly covered container at room temperature no more than 6 months.

TO SERVE:

Place 2 heaping teaspoons of mix in a cup and mix with 1 cup hot milk or water. Top with marshmallows if desired.
