1 can shoepeg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 c. frozen peas-uncooked
1 c. each- diced green pepper, celery
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 small jar chopped pimentos

1 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. water
Pepper to taste

Drain vegetables and combine. Boil dressing ingredients. Cool. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
