1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (may be adjusted to your taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400'. Mix together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Slowly add flour until mixed. Roll into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mix. Place on cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
