2- 3 boxes Lasagna Noodles
2 lbs Hamburger
2 packages Italian Sausage
2 lbs. Mozzarella Cheese
2 lbs. Provolone Cheese
2 lbs (32 ounces) Ricotta Cheese
4 ounces Fresh Parmesan Cheese
2 - 32 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 small can Tomato Paste
Fresh Oregano
1 Garlic Bulb
Ground Pepper
4 Eggs
Bread Crumbs as needed
Olive Oil as needed
2 lbs Fresh Baby Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown in pan. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl mix hamburger, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper, and oregano. Roll into 3/4 inch round balls . Brown in pan. Set aside.

In a large pot combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, fresh garlic, oregano, salt, pepper. Bring to boil slowly and let simmer.

In a large bowl combine Ricotta Cheese, 2 Eggs, Fresh Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper
Steam Spinach, Drain and add to Ricotta Mixture.

Boil noodles, one box at a time. Rinse with cold water when done.

Use a 4 inch deep Roasting Pan.
Layer as follows:
Sauce
Noodles
Ricotta Cheese Mixture
Noodles
Sauce
Sausage
Mozzarella Cheese
Noodles
Sauce
Meatballs
Provolone Cheese
Noodles
Sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

This will feed 8 hungry people SEVERAL times! Serve with fresh Italian bread and red wine! Great for a party.
