2 - 14.75 oz cans pink salmon
1/2 medium onion minced
3 eggs
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 packages saltine crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into patties (about 10 12). Fry in 1/2 inch of Canola oil 4-5 minutes per side. Serve hot.
