1 9 unbaked deep dish pastry shell
1-15 oz can Pumpkin
1-14 oz can Eagle Brand
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Beat all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425. Reduce oven to 350 and bake an additional 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean. Cool. Serve with a large dollop of whipped cream.
