1 Medium Cooking Bag
1 Tbsp Flour
1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1 16oz Pkg. Crinkle Cut Carrots
1/3 C. Pure Maple Syrup
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Dried Rosemary crushed
tsp Ground Black Pepper
of 22 oz Pkg. Frozen Waffle Fries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425.

Sprinkle flour in cooking bag and place carrots & tenderloin. Combine syrup & 2 Tbsp of the olive oil. Stir in 1 tsp. of the dry rosemary and pour sauce into bag, close and seal, place on one end of jellyroll pan.

Combine the remaining oil and rosemary. Toss potatoes in oil mixture and place on the opposite end of the pan.

Roast 35-45 minutes. Cover the meat and carrots with foil and let stand an additional 10 minutes before serving. (Internal meat temp 155)
