Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound Italian Sausage (hot or mild – personal preference)
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
2 eggs
1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
2 Tbls Italian spice grinder
2 large jars Classico® Roasted Garlic Chunky Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage and beef together with potato masher. Add eggs, breadcrumbs, 1/2 jar of sauce, and spices and mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs about 2” in diameter. In a large oven safe skillet* (Calphelon®) heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil. Cook meatballs (a few at a time) until dark golden brown, turning often so all sides are cooked. After all the meatballs are cooked, return to skillet and pour Sauce over the meatballs. Cover with foil and cook in 450 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Meatballs can be served with Caesar Salad, thin spaghetti pasta and garlic bread.

*If an oven safe skillet is not available, cook meatballs on top of oven to brown well, then place them in a 9 X 13 pan, top with remaining sauce, cover and cook in 450 oven for 30 minutes.
