2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
chili powder
ketchup
3 pieces bread,
20 crackers crushed
1 1/2 T mustard

Directions:
Directions:
mix all above together
pat into loaves
spray pan with pam
pour tomato juice on top of meat loaves....it will fill pan to about 1/4" (can use tomato sauce mixed with water if desired) bake at 350 for 1 hr. covered, then uncover & squirt ketchup all on top of meat, spread it out bake uncovered for 30 more minutes WALLA......yummy meat loaf and yummy sauce!!!!!
