Ingredients:  
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup oleo
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, beat, add eggs one at a time, beat well, add vanilla, sift dry ingredients
add to above mixture, beat well
spread in greased 8x8 pan, reserving 1 cup of batter
spread on pie filling, place rest of batter on top by small spoonfuls and swirl across top
Bake @ 350 30-40 minutes
Cool and frost lightly with a powdered sugar glaze
