1 Store bought or home baked (preferable from good bakery) Angel Food Cake
1 jar Lemon OR Lime Curd

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooled Angel Food Cake in half horizontally. Spread Lemon OR Lime Curd on bottom layer and replace the top. Frost top and sides with frosting.


Frosting:
8 oz. Cream cheese – softened to room temperature
3 Cups Confectioner’s Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Lemon or Key Lime Juice
Food coloring (optional)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add juice and optional food coloring, beating until creamy. Slowly add confectioner’s sugar continuing to beat until frosting reaches desired consistency.
