5 cups sliced and peeled apples
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup sorghum
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Crumb mixture:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apples in baking dish with a tight cover. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over apples; sprinkle crumb mixture over top. Cover and bake about 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
