1/2 of 1-lb box of fettuccine pasta - cooked as directed
˝ stick butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Cup heavy cream
1 ˝ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
White pepper
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat and stir in garlic, sauté but do not brown. Add cream and stir until well heated. Gradually add cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over fettuccine, toss, and serve hot.

You can also top this dish with cooked chicken or shrimp.
