2 (14 oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 qt half and half
1 T plus 1 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Pour mixture into 1-gallon ice cream freezer container. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for operating the ice cream maker. When machine has stopped, drain the melted water from the bucket and repack with more ice and rock salt (3 parts ice to 1 part rock salt). Cover with heavy towel and let set undisturbed for about 1 hour to “season”.

Serve immediately or store in freezer.

Makes about 2 1/2 Quarts
