1 1/2 t cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 t salt
3 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1/4 t baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup currants
3/4 t nutmeg
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3 t vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1 can drained crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients. Bake for one hour.
