3 T oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1 or 2 carrots cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 or 2 cups of green beans, thinly sliced
1/2 lb pork, chicken, or shelled shrimp - or cook them together, in small pieces
soy sauce and pepper or salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 pounds of pancit bihon (rice noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan and stir-fry meat until done. Brown garlic, then onions. Add beans, stir-fry, add carrots and cabbage, mix it together. Cover the pan and set aside.
For noodles, boil 2 cups of broth or water. Add noodles, keep stirring it while boiling so it won't burn the bottom, continue cooking until dry.
Serve meat and noodles together.
