1 c skim milk
1/2 c frozen banana slices
1 T peanut butter (add another if you like)
1/4 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass. Makes 1 serving.
