3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup firm packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Rockwood chocolate mint wafer
Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift and set aside flour, soda, salt. Cream butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar. Blend in eggs, water, and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll and put on sheet. Enclose each wafer in about 1 tbsp. dough. Top with a walnut half.
