1 lb. ground chuck
3 cups spaghetti sauce (26 oz. jar)
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper
3/4 lb. ziti
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and garlic in olive oil. Drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce and parsley. Let simmer.
Cook ziti and drain. Combine cheeses, egg, salt, and pepper. In a large casserole, layer spaghetti sauce, ziti, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers, then top with 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
