2 cups squash
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c up chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 small can Carnation milk
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups crumbled Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in salted water and mash before measuring. Mix with other ingredients. Top with a few more crumbled crackers.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
