1/3 cup grated cheese (parmesan, romano or mixed)
1/3 cup minced flat-leafed parsley
1/3 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 teas finely minced garlic
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1# lean (90/10) ground beef


Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly, adding water a tablespoon at a time until all ingredients stick together without difficulty.

Shape into 3 inch balls (golf ball size or larger)

Put on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with Pam and bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes (longer for larger meatballs), turning once or twice to keep round shape and brown uniformly.

You may add to sauce at this point, freeze on the cookie sheet and then store in baggies or use immediately
