French Toast Casserole Recipe

2 Tubes Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
6 eggs
1 c. light whipping cream
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 13X9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cut each individual cinnamon roll into 8 pieces, and place the pieces in the bottom of the baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, whipping cream, cinnamon, and 1/4 c. maple syrup. Pour mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.

Sprinkle pecans on top of the mixture, and drizzle remaining maple syrup on casserole before baking.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until golden-brown. When casserole is baked, drizzle warmed frosting from package on top of casserole.
