3 T. butter 6 c. chicken broth 6 c. milk 20 oz. chopped broccoli 3/4 c. chopped onion 8 oz. fine noodles 1 lb velveeta cheese
Cook onions in butter until transparent. Add chicken broth and noodles. Cook noodles until desired doneness (10 minutes). Add broccoli and cook until tender. Add milk and velveeta cheese. Cook 10 minutes until all cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 1 hr before reheating.
