1/4 cup flour
1 cup beef boullion
1 cup tomato sauce
2 chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
Chopped parsley to taste

1/2 to 1 lb chopped carrots 1" long
1/2 lb frozen peas
1 can small potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 to 3 lbs of beef cubes in a minimum of hot oil. Add fresh ground black pepper and tsp of paprika to cup of flour and mix well. When meat is brown, sprinkle it with flour mixture and coat well. Then add:

1 cup beef boullion
1 cup tomato sauce
2 chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
Chopped parsley to taste

Simmer covered for 2 hours. Add cup of white wine and simmer another hour. About hour before serving I add carrots in 1 inch chunks, and in the last 5 minutes I add peas. Cook potatoes separately and add in the last few minutes- (as well as any other vegetable you like.)
