3/4 stick butter
1-1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/4 cup milk
2 cups peeled/cubed fresh peaches (soaked overnight in 1/2 cup sugar then drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in bottom of glass 9x12 baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, egg and milk thoroughly.- pour over butter, do not stir, spoon fruit on top again, do not stir. bake for 35 to 45 min. until golden on top. cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
